  3. Prepare 2 Eggs
  4. Get 1/2 cup Heavy cream

  6. Get 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  7. Get 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  12. Prepare 4 oz Cream cheese at room temperature
  13. Get 2 tbsp powdered Sugar

Instructions to make Toast Roll Ups:
  1. Slice the crust of the bread slices, then roll with rolling pin into nice and thin slices. Keep this aside. - - In bowl, whisk egg, cream, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Keep this aside.
  2. In another bowl stir cream cheese, lemon, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. - - Now roll the bread with your own filling using the above ingredients. The combination i uses Banana and Nutella, Cream cheese and strawberry.
  3. Now place them seam side down on the plate while you finish the rest. - - In a wide non stick pan heat butter in medium heat. Once melted dip the roll ups in egg mixture and place them seam side down in the pan. Repeat with the rest.Cook for few minutes on each side until it changes to golden brown colour.
  4. Once done with everything rest in paper towel for couple of minutes. - - In plate mix cinnamon powder and powdered sugar. Roll the toast carefully over this. Top up with dash of maple syrup and serve hot. Yummy Weekend Breakfast ready to serve.
