  6. Get 5 cups all purpose flour (might need less)
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup sugar
  8. Make ready 1/3 cup buttermilk
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup whole milk
  10. Take 6 tbsp butter melted
  11. Get 2 tbsp canola oil
  12. Take 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  13. Prepare 2 eggs
  14. Get 1 tsp salt
  15. Get 1 tsp baking powder

  17. Get 3/4 cup brown sugar
  18. Get 1 tbsp cinnamon
  19. Take 1/2 cup butter melted

  24. Make ready 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. Start with the yeast mixture. Stir in the yeast, warm water and sugar set aside until foamy.
  2. In a bigger bowl, pour in the yeast mixture and mix in all ingredients of the dough mixture. Add flour gradually because your mixture might need less.
  3. Knead until soft. It should be slightly sticky but shouldn’t stick to a clean fingertip. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Knead the dough gently and roll it into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Brush half the melted butter on the dough. Sprinkle half the brown sugar mixture. Repeat the process.
  6. Starting from the end furthest from you, tightly roll up the dough.
  7. When done, carefully slice into sections (they could be slightly more). Use a string of dental floss for better results.
  8. Place rolls in a greased dish. Cover and let it rise a second time for 35-45 mins.
  9. Pre heat oven to 350°F. Bake for 20-25 min or until slightly golden.
  10. As they bake, make the glaze mixture. Whisk everything up.
  11. Enjoy.
