The ingredients needed to make No oven cinnamon rolls:
  1. Take for dough–
  2. Prepare 2 cups all-purpose flour
  3. Get 3 tsp liquid butter
  4. Get 1 cup milk+1 tsp vinegar
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  6. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp baking powder
  8. Take 1/4 tsp baking soda
  9. Make ready for cinnamon fillings–
  10. Get 2 tsp cold butter
  11. Get 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  12. Get 2 tsp brown sugar
  13. Prepare for Baking–
  14. Get As per taste Salt
  15. Make ready for For garnishing
  16. Get as required Butter for brushing
  17. Take as required Icing sugar

Steps to make No oven cinnamon rolls:
  1. First, add vinegar into milk and keep it for 10 mins till it becomes curd. You can use directly curd instead of this.
  2. If butter is cold, then make first it liquid.
  3. Now with all-purpose flour add everything listed under dough except milk.add milk slowly slowly and make a smooth soft dough after kneeding it. Covered and keep it for 10 mins.
  4. For fillings just mix everything like a paste. Keep aside it.
  5. Now Knead the dough once again for 5 mins. Then roll it like 1/2 inch thin all evenly a rectangular shape. On top of that spread evenly the cinnamon fillings.
  6. Now fold it like a bookfold.
  7. Again we roll the bookfold dough as fillings and dough hold each other more firmly.
  8. Cut out equal long strips parts.
  9. Now each of parts cut out middle like this pic, and make a braids. Then join the end sides, it will be like this pic.
  10. Preheat a kadai with salt for 10 mins with medium heat putting a stand on it. Then put cinnamon rolls in muffin cups and put into preheated kadai with lid. Bake for 20-25 mins with low flame with lid. If time required more then bake more time untill it become little golden in colour..
  11. Brush butter on top and add some icing sugar on top. Served hot..
