The ingredients needed to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. Get 1/2 cup+2 tbsp maida
  2. Take 1/4 tsp baking soda
  3. Prepare 3/4 tsp baking powder
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp salt
  5. Take 2 tsp sugar
  6. Get 1/4cup+2tsp milk
  7. Prepare 1 tsp vinegar
  8. Take 2.5 spoon melted butter
  9. Make ready For stuffing
  10. Make ready 1/4 cup beetroot juice
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp butter
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp honey
  13. Make ready 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  14. Take 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. Put the vinegar with milk rest it 5 mints.Take a mixing bowl put all diugh ingredients with cuddle milk to make a dough.
  2. Rest it 5 mints.Heat a pan put salt,put a stand &cover it to oreheat20 to 12 mints.
  3. Now prepared the stuffing.Heat a pan put butter put the beetroots juice stir continuously. Whenever it's becomes thick add honey mix it well.
  4. Now add cinnamon powder lemonjuice &a pinch of salt mix it well.Stuffing is ready.Again knead the dough & roll it a big roti.
  5. Now stuff the stuffing.Fold it in 3 fold,again roll little.Cut it 6pieces. Again cut it 3 & fold it over each other & round it.
  6. Now put this on greased mould.& Put on the preheated pan.Cover it &cook it on medium low flame 15 to 18 mints.Than brush with melted butter.
  7. Cinnamon Rolls is ready.Really very tasty Neha ji.
