  2. Take 1 1/2 tspn of yeast
  3. Get 1/4 cup sugar
  4. Make ready 1 pinch salt
  5. Prepare Unsalted butter

  7. Get Room temperature milk

Instructions to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. Mix the milk with the yeast to activate it and leave it for 5 minutes
  2. After 5 minutes add an egg into the milk mixture and mix together with sugar and butter.
  3. Add in the dry ingredients, flour and salt.
  4. Knead your dough until it can bounce back if poked.
  5. Grease your pan as you roll out your dough.
  6. For the cinnamon add sugar to it and together with butter apply on the dough
  7. Roll out and start cutting as you arrange them on the oven pan. Cover them with a cling foil and allow then rest for an hour.
  8. After an hour into the oven they go. Final result.
