  3. Prepare Milk 2 cups warm

  7. Make ready 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  8. Get 2 tbsp Yeast

  10. Take Butter ¼cup melted
  11. Take Cinnamon sugar ¾cup sugar+ 1½ tbsp cinnamon
  12. Prepare Glaze
  13. Take 1/4 cup whipped cream
  14. Get 1/4 cup milk(powdered)
  15. Get 1/2 tsp vanilla
  16. Get 2 tbsp icing sugar
  17. Get 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  18. Get 1/4 cup cold water

Steps to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. In a bowl add milk, sugar, egg, salt, butter and yeast. Cover and allow to sit for 10 mins until foamy
  2. Add in the flour and knead for about 5 to 10 mins cover and allow to rise until it doubled its size
  3. Meanwhile, let's prepare our cinnamon sugar😋mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl am using white sugar u can use brown
  4. Here is our dough after some mins
  5. Roll out the dough to make a big rectangular shape, in order to make your rectangle perfect you can cut the sides to make a straight line up
  6. Then spread the melted butter with brush
  7. Then sprinkle and spread the cinnamon sugar mixture
  8. Next you roll the dough to make a cylindrical shape and cut it at about 3-5 cm long using a thread
  9. Prepare your baking pan by spreading butter and dust with flour or you can also use a baking paper before you arrange your rolls in the pan, make spaces between each roll to avoid overcrowding bake them at 200°c for about 25-30 mins
  10. For the glaze mix the icing sugar, vanilla milk and cold water, add the butter then icing sugar, whisk well and spread on the cinnamon rolls, you can use condensed milk or cream cheese frosting for the glaze
