  1. Prepare 3 cups all purpose flour
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup melted butter(unsalted)
  3. Prepare 2 tbs sugar
  4. Make ready 1 tsp salt

  6. Prepare 2 tsp yeast (instant)
  7. Get 2 tbs cinnamon
  8. Prepare 1/4 brown sugar
  9. Get I egg

Steps to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. In a mixing bowl.Add milk and 2tbs of sugar and yeast..and leave for 10 mins to bloom.
  2. Add butter,egg and flour gradually to the mixture and continue to mix to form a dough
  3. Knead the dough for 10 mins till it is soft.
  4. Cover the dough for 20 mins.
  5. In a separate bowl.Add 3/4 cup of brown sugar and 2tbs of cinnamon and mix
  6. Roll the dough into a chapati like form but in a square shape
  7. Apply butter to the dough and sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.
  8. Roll the dough
  9. Then cut the dough into small pieces using a string or a knife and place them on the baking sheet and leave them to proof for 1hr
  10. After I hr place them in a preheated oven 180 degrees 15- 20 mins
