  1. Stir Yeast in Warm milk and leave it to rest
  2. Mix dry ingredients
  3. Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients, Add egg
  4. Knead flour for 10min, leave it to proof for 1 hour
  5. Punch to remove air, roll to a big rectangular shape.
  6. Apply butter on the rolled dough, mix cinnamon and sugar and apply on the rolled buttered dough.
  7. Roll and cut into your desired shape. Put on your baking tray and leave it to proof for 30min
  8. Bake at 180degrees for 30min
