  1. Get 2 and 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  3. Take 1 tsp salt
  4. Take 2 and 1/4 tsp yeast
  5. Take 1/2 cup full fat milk
  6. Take 1/4 cup warm water
  7. Make ready 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  8. Get 1 large egg

  10. Take 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  11. Get 1 tbsp grounded cinnamon
  12. Make ready 1/4 cup brown sugar

Steps to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. First mix all dry ingredients, whisk the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast together in a large bowl. Set aside.
  2. Now add all wet ingredients except egg,first melt the butter then combine the milk, water, and butter together Pour into the dry ingredients, add the egg, and stir until it forms a soft dough.
  3. On a lightly floured surface using floured hands, knead the dough for 3 minutes. Place in a lightly greased bowl cover it with damn cloth and let rest for about 10 minutes.
  4. Now first make filling by mixing butter brown sugar and cinnamon make a filling sauce
  5. Now roll the dough in a rectangular or square shape. Spread some filling sauce.Roll up the dough tightly. Cut into 10-12 even rolls and arrange in a lightly greased pan or rectangular dish.
  6. Tightly cover the rolls with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and allow to rise in a warm, for 60-90 minutes.
  7. After the rolls have doubled in size, preheat the oven to 190°C. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until lightly browned.
  8. Now cool it for 10 minutes and drizzle condensed milk all over the buns and serve
