Instructions to make Cinnamon coconut rolls:
  1. The first step is: add your half cup warm milk+yeast+melted butter and whisk well,sift in 1 cup of your flour in and mix,it will foam a loose dough,that is just the right consistency we need. Cover and allow it to rise for 40-60mins.
  2. After your dough have risen, deflate and add the remaining half cup flour,baking powder and knead well for atlst 5-10mins, then dust working surface and roll your dough flat
  3. Spread your butter,then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mix,
  4. Followed by your coconut powder,and roll
  5. Cut to your desired thickness,i cut mine a bit long and thick
  6. Greased your pan,and arrange leaving a space for then to re-rise,use your hand to press them down a bit as shown,and cover them to rise for good 50min to and hour.
  7. After it rises,break your egg and egg wash the surface,bake at 250F for 15-20min untill ur desired golden brown is achieved
  8. Serve and enjoy, for the cream add all the above mentioned ingredient and whip them well untill light and fluffy,and glaze.
