The ingredients needed to make Eggless Cinnamon Rolls:

  2. Make ready 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  3. Take 1 cup milk
  4. Prepare 1 Tbsp sugar
  5. Get 1/4 tsp salt
  6. Get 3 cups all-purpose flour

  8. Prepare 2 teaspoons butter melted
  9. Make ready 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
  10. Make ready 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon (to taste)

Instructions to make Eggless Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. In a large sauce pan or in a bowl in the microwave at 30-second heat the milk until lukewarm.
  2. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl and add yeast. Then add 1 Tbsp sugar and the salt and stir. Let activate for 10 minutes.
  3. Next, add in flour 1/2 cup at a time. The dough will be sticky. When it is too thick to stir, transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead for a minute or so until it forms a loose ball.
  4. Now keep dough in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and set in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour.
  5. FILLING PREPARATION:  - In a bowl, mix in both the sugar and the cinnamon powder together until well combined.
  6. Now on a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin long rectangle. Brush with melted butter and top with sugar-cinnamon powder.
  7. Starting at one end, tightly roll up the dough and seam from both sides. Then, cut the dough into 1.5 - 2-inches sections and keep in a greased 8x8-inch round pan (we will have about 12 rolls from this dough).
  8. Brush with butter and cover with plastic wrap. Keep aside for half an hour more and let rise again.Preheat oven to 250 degrees C.
  9. Once the oven is hot, bake rolls for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees C or until slightly golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes and then serve immediately. Lightly sprinkle powdered sugar on ready rolls for extra flavour.
