  2. Prepare Pinch salt
  3. Get 140 ml water
  4. Prepare 175 g pastry magarine
  5. Take 50 g Cinnamon mix

Steps to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. In a bowl mix flour with salt, make a well at the center then add water and knead the dough till soft and elastic
  2. Roll the dough to a square shape, put magarine at the centre of the roll.
  3. Roll 5times and on the fifth roll, add the Cinnamon mix, cut into strips then allow it rest for 30mins. Bake for 30mins.
