  1. Take 1/2 cupSugar
  2. Take 1/2 cup melted Butter
  3. Get 2 1/4 tspYeast
  4. Prepare 2 tsp Salt
  5. Make ready 2 cups warm milk
  6. Make ready 1 tsp baking powder
  7. Prepare 5 cups flour
  8. Take Filling:
  9. Take 3/4 softened butter
  10. Prepare 3/4 brown sugar
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Steps to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. Generously butter 2 disposable foil pie /cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl,whisk together warm milk,melted butter,and sugar.The mixture should be warm.
  3. Sprinkle the yeast over the warm mixture and let it rise for 1 minute.
  4. Add 4 cups of all purpose flour to the milk mixture and mix with wooden spoon until just combined.
  5. Cover the dough with towel or plastic wrap and set in a warm place let it rise for 1hour
  6. Preheat oven to 350degrees
  7. After 1 hour,the dough have nearly double it sized.remove the towel and add an additional 3/4cups of flour.the baking powder and salt.stir well then turn out onto a well floured surface.
  8. Knead the dough lightly,adding Additional flour as necessary,until the dough just losses it's stickiness and does not stick to the surface.
  9. Roll the dough out into a large rectangle.fix corners to make sure they are sharp and even.
  10. Spread the softened butter over the dough.
  11. Sprinkle the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.press the mixture into the butter.
  12. Roll up the dough,foaming a log,and pinch the seam closed.place the seam side down.trim off on end.
  13. Cut the log in half,then divide the each half into 7 evenly sized pieces.
  14. Place 7 cinnamon rolls in each cake pan,one in the center,six around the sizes.cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place.to rise for 30 minutes.
  15. Remove the plastic wrap.egg wash the cinnamon roll before baking.bake until golden brown
