  1. Make ready 160 grams Bread flour
  2. Take 20 grams Butter
  3. Prepare 133 ml Milk
  4. Take 3 grams Dry yeast
  5. Make ready 20 grams Sugar
  6. Make ready 2 grams Salt
  7. Make ready 1 Cinnamon
  8. Get 1 Sugar
  9. Get 1 egg Egg yolk

Instructions to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. In a sauce pan, add the milk and heat to about 105℉ (40℃). Next melt the butter.
  2. Sift in the flour, and then add the dry yeast, sugar, and salt. Next add in everything from Step 1, and use a spatula to mix. For the dough to come together, knead with your hands. (If you knead for about 10 minutes, the dough will come together.)
  3. Cover it with plastic wrap for about 40 minutes and let the dough rise. Test it by poking it with your finger, if the hole doesn't close up, then it is ready.
  4. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet covered with flour. With a rolling pin, roll it out into a 30 x 40 cm rectangle. Take a brush and coat the dough with egg yolk. Then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon. Roll it evenly once more and cut it into 3 cm wide strips.
  5. Next spread out and arrange on parchment paper. Next cover with plastic wrap and let rise. until the dough has doubled in size.
  6. Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 20 minutes.
  7. Place on a cooling rack.
