Instructions to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. measure out flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl
  2. measure in the shortening and mix it into the dry ingredients
  3. add the 2/3 cup of milk and mix quickley
  4. on a lightly flour surface, knead mixure 10 to 15 times
  5. roll out in an oblong (oval) shape to 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness
  6. melt 1/4 cup of butter and spread it over the dough

  9. slice 1in to 2in sections
  10. place 1in apart on an oiled baking sheet
