The ingredients needed to make Pork Wrap:
  1. Make ready Korea BBQ Sauce
  2. Take 300 gm-400gm Pork Belly (optional, select your perfer meat)
  3. Take Wrapps (supermarket)
  4. Get 2 Eggs
  5. Make ready 7 pcs baby carrots
  6. Take Coriander leaf (optional)
  7. Make ready 1 clove garlic
  8. Make ready 1/2 tbps dark Sauce

Steps to make Pork Wrap:
  1. Perpare the pork by washing with salt and rise it off with water, slice the pork and marinate with BBQ sauce (put it in the container and place it in the refrigerator for 2hr or over night)
  2. Chop the garlic and slice the carrots in to strips (put it aside)
  3. Add Oil and Pan fried the eggs (put it a side), put in the chopped garlic and carrots stir it nicely (2min) add in the marinated pork in to the fried pan and stir is together with the garlic and carrots (cook for 8min)
  4. Add half tablespoon of dark sauces and stir it evenly together (cook for 8min), take it out and put a side
  5. Make warm the wraps without oil, put the wraps on the pan, turn evenly each side until it is light brown (2min each side), take it out and put a side
  6. Ready to Wrapps: lay the wraps on the plate, put the fried egg and stir fried marinated pork on the wraps, put coriander leaf in the wraps, fold the wrap into half and ready to serve.
