  1. Make ready 1 kg Pork Belly *skinless

  5. Take Small Chilli Peppers (*e.g. Shishito, Padrón Peppers)
  6. Take Shiitake & King Oyster Mushrooms
  7. Get Thick Spring Onion
  8. Get <Ginger Sauce>
  9. Prepare 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  10. Make ready 1/3 cup Mirin
  11. Prepare 1 tablespoon grated Ginger

Instructions to make Yakiton:
  1. Soak skewers in a shallow dish of cold water for at least half an hour, then drain.
