  8. Prepare 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  9. Prepare 3 tbsp Sugar
  10. Get As needed Lead Lettuce

Instructions to make Sliced Pork Belly Wrapped Bell Peppers:
  1. Peel the Red, Yellow, Green Bell Pepper skins. Cut each Bell Peppers to 16 equal parts in the vertical direction.
  2. Put three kinds of bell peppers on the pork and roll them up in the pork.
  3. Heat the Salad oil and start with the wrapped ends down. Cook while turning it over. When all of the meat become browned, wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
  4. Add 2 tbsp Sake, 2tbsp Mirin, 2 tbsp Soy Sauce and 3 tbsp Sugar. Then place slid over the pan and steam cook the contents for few minutes over low heat.
