Instructions to make Sugar Free, Vegan Peanut Cheesecake:
  1. Blend Flour, oatmeal, rolled oats, 100g butter, coconut sugar & 25ml maple syrup in food processor.
  2. Press into tin/pan (6-8'')
  3. Bake on 200 for 10 minutes
  4. Chill when removed from oven
  5. Topping… Whisk together, Maple syrup, Coconut Cream, Violife and peanut butter.
  6. Top the chilled base with whipped topping.
  7. Crumble chopped sugarfree/vegan chocolate over the top.
