  2. Get 115 g caster sugar
  3. Prepare 160 g heavy cream
  4. Get 2 large egg (approx. 55g each)
  5. Prepare 20 g cornstarch

Instructions to make Basque Burnt Cheesecake:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 C°
  2. Put all ingredient in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Line a loose bottom round baking tin with baking paper.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking tin.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes.
  6. After baking, take out of oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes before removing from baking tin.
  7. Allow to cool down completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Slice and serve!
