  2. Crush biscuits
  3. Mix butter in with biscuits
  4. Add to 20cm square or round tin and chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Mix soft cheese, icing sugar and vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth.
  6. Add cream and mix throughly.
  7. Put the mixture on the biscuit base and chill for 4 hours or over night
  8. Cut strawberries in half and save some to make strawberry sauce.
  9. To make strawberry sauce, add caster sugar and strawberries in a pan with a teaspoon of water and bring to boil. Take off heat and let it cool.
