  1. Make ready 1 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  2. Take 1/4 cup Confectioners sugar
  3. Get 1/3 cup Melted butter
  4. Get 1/8 tsp salt
  5. Get 2 cup Cream cheese, at room temp
  6. Make ready 2 large eggs
  7. Make ready 2/3 cup Sugar
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Steps to make Super Simple Cheesecake:
  1. Select a pie pan whose inside dimension is at least 9" and height 1 1/4 " pre heat oven to 350
  2. Make crust by stirring the grahm cracker crumbs, confectioners sugar, melted butter, and salt until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Press the crumbs into the bottom and up the sides of the pan
  4. Make the filling by mixing the cream cheese,eggs,sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Use a mixer set at a low speed.
  5. Set pie pan ontop of a baking pan. Pour the filling into the crust.
  6. Bake for 20 mins then cover with foil and bake another 10 mins
  7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and set on a rack to cool
  8. Once cool put in fridge to chill for 1 hour or more. Serve
