  1. On top fish put with lemon juice for 5' then season with lemon salt, black pepper, garlic powder and lastly add chili powder, and keep aside for 10'.
  2. Batter preparation. In a glass bowl put all- purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, add 1 tbs paprika and mix together. Pour 250-300g club soda and pour out a little at a time over the flour mixture and at the same time stir the flour continuosly with a whisk to make a consistency of a thin pancake.
  3. In a wok put heat the oil, when its hot then put the nicely coated fish pieces with the batter, cook on medium heat until both sides has golden brown. Lift out with a wire colander, put on a large plate.
