  5. Prepare 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp Peri Peri Mix (Keya)
  7. Get 1/4 cup Jalapenos
  8. Make ready 1/4 cup Olives
  9. Get For Salad–
  10. Get 1 Tomato, large (chopped)
  11. Make ready 1 Onion, large (chopped)
  12. Take 1 Cucumber, medium (chopped)
  13. Take 1/2 cup Baby Corn (chopped)
  14. Make ready 1/2 cup Broccoli
  15. Prepare 1/4 cup French Beans
  16. Get 1/4 cup Green Peas
  17. Get 1/4 cup Baby Corn
  18. Get 1 1/2 cup boiled Macaroni
  19. Make ready 1/2 cup Hung Curd/Homemade Curd
  20. Make ready 1 cup Mayonnaise
  21. Make ready 1/4 cup Mint Leaves finely chopped
  22. Take 1/4 cup Coriander finely chopped

Instructions to make Classic Cold Macaroni Salad:
  1. Take a small bowl to make the seasoning. Add olive oil, oregano and salad seasoning.
  2. Add garlic powder (you can add fresh chopped garlic also) and peri peri mix.
  3. Add Jalapenos, green or black olives and mix well. Your dressing for the salad is ready!
  4. For the salad, take a large bowl add chopped tomatoes, onions and cucumber.
  5. Add baby corn, broccoli and french beans.
  6. Add green peas and baby corn.
  7. Add your dressing and mix well.
  8. Add boiled Macaroni.
  9. Hung curd/regular dahi (strain out excess water if any).
  10. Add Mayonnaise and mix well.
  11. Lastly add finely chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves.
  12. Garnish with some jalapenos, olives and pineapple. Refrigerate it for about 45 minutes. Your healthy delicious salad is ready to serve!
  13. Note: You can always add more veggies if you want, you can add any veggies of your choice.
