  1. Prepare 4 cups uncooked macaroni
  2. Get 6 stalks celery
  3. Prepare 1 onion
  4. Take 14 oz frozen peas
  5. Prepare 1 green bell pepper
  6. Prepare 6 boiled eggs
  7. Prepare 5 handfuls matchstick carrots
  8. Make ready dressing
  9. Make ready 1 cup mayonnaise
  10. Make ready 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Instructions to make Macaroni Salad:
  1. Boil water then add pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes
  2. Rinse pasta with cold water
  3. Put in a large bowl or if you have kid helpers a big stockpot for easier stirring
  4. Dice your celery, onions and add to macaroni
  5. Deseed bell pepper and dice then add to macaroni
  6. Dice boiled eggs, add to macaroni
  7. Add peas still frozen to macaroni
  8. Stir gently
  9. Add carrots, i did just enough to color accent
  10. Gently stir
  11. In a small bowl, add dressing ingredients and mix well
  12. Fold into macaroni mixture
  13. Chill 4 hours and serve
