  5. Take 1/3 chopped onion
  6. Prepare 1/2 jalapeño
  7. Take 1 desired amount of tortillas
  8. Prepare 1 cup water
  9. Prepare 1 oil
  10. Prepare 1 desired amount of shreded cheese..I chose mozzarella.
