  1. Combine cream of chicken soup, milk and chicken broth in a bowl.
  2. Season chicken breasts with spices and herbs of choice. Brown for approximately 5 minutes in a pan, set aside.
  3. Cut up potatoes. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Add potatoes and carrots to crock pot.
  4. Add about 1/2 of the soup mixture and combine with potatoes and carrots.
