  3. Prepare 100 grams plain flour
  4. Get 8 grams baking powder
  5. Make ready 12 grams sweetner granulated sugar
  6. Make ready 15 grams cocoa powder I used creative nature
  7. Get 2 eggs if want more moisture add 1 more
  8. Take 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions to make Diabetic chocolate Brownies:
  1. Grease and line a square tin and preheat oven to 180 80°

  7. Pour into lined tin and bake centre oven for 20 minutes. It will be cooked when skewer comes out clean.
  8. Leave in tin for few minutes then lift out and cool completely on wire rack.
  9. Cut up serve with ice cream (diabetic of course). I warm mine in microwave for 15 seconds.
  10. Enjoy…can be frozen too.
