  6. Make ready 2 pinch ground black pepper
  7. Take 2 pinch salt
  8. Get 1 pinch granulated sugar
  9. Prepare 2 pinch parsely flakes
  10. Prepare 2 pinch garlic powder
  11. Prepare 2 pinch onion powder
  12. Take 1 tbsp butter or margarine

Instructions to make Crockpot Chicken n Veggies For 1:
  1. In a small bowl combine all seasonings. Set aside.
  2. cut potato in 4 wedges.
  3. Slice celery into decent sized slices.
  4. Sprinkle chicken with half the seasoning. Press, pound or rub it in.
  5. Cut chicken into large 2 bite chunks.
  6. Add chicken to bottom of a 1 quart crockpot.
  7. Add veggies on top.
  8. Sprinkle rest of seasoning over veggies.
  9. Top with butter.
  10. Turn on crockpot and let cook 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and veggies r tender. (My crockpot only has one setting.. on.. so cook time may vary depending on your crockpot settings)
  11. Serve as is, or over pasta or rice. Or a nice slice of buttered french bread.
  12. You can add more or less seasoning depending on your personal taste.
