Instructions to make Baked cheesecake tart with blackberries:
  1. Crumb together the butter and flour. For the pastry.
  2. Add the sugar.
  3. Mix in the egg and add enough milk to form a soft dough.
  4. Roll out onto a well floured surface and cut it out. Place into tart tin.
  5. Cover with parchment paper and use baking beans or what you have to weigh the pastry down. Bake on gas mark 6 for around 15 mins.
  6. Add room temperature soft cheese into a large bowl and beat well to soften.
  7. Add in the Caster sugar, double cream, eggs and caramel flavour and mix well.
  8. Pour into pastry case and bake for 30 mins then turn off oven and leave inside. It will still be wobbly at this point.
  9. Take out of the oven and allow to cool. Add the blackberries.Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
