The ingredients needed to make Cheesecake:
  1. Prepare 800 g cream cheese
  2. Take 250 g white sugar
  3. Prepare 20 g flour
  4. Get 150 g milk
  5. Get 200 g dollop cream
  6. Get Zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon
  7. Take 1 tsp vanilla extract
  8. Get 4 eggs
  9. Make ready 1 package digestive biscuits
  10. Get 10 g raw sugar
  11. Make ready 80 g melted butter

Steps to make Cheesecake:
  1. Cream the cheese with the sugar
  2. Mix the flour with milk and make sure it's dissolved then mix in the cream, zests and vanilla
  3. Mix both mixtures together then add the eggs one at a time
  4. In a bag, crush the biscuits and add the raw sugar with melted butter
  5. Prepare a 9" springform pan with butter then add the biscuit mixture and press down firmly
  6. Pour the cream cheese filling in the pan and level it
  7. Pre heat the oven to 350 F (175 C) (Bake settings no fan)
  8. Place the pan in the oven for 1 hour. Turn off the oven after an hour and let the pan cool down in the oven for at least 3 hours.
  9. Chill the pan overnight in the fridge
  10. Top with your favorite fruit topping and serve
