  2. Heat a pan/kadai, add the batter which we have prepared in step 1
  3. Cook it on medium flame for just 2 minutes
  4. Stir it continuously so that the batter will not stick to the bottom of the pan
  5. Once the batter starts to thicken, switch off the flame and keep stirring it for 1 more minute as the pan is still hot
  6. Let it cool for 20-30 minutes, after cooling it will become more thick and soft, just alike market bought milkmaid
  7. Now either you can use it fresh or store it in a glass jar for approx 20 days
