Instructions to make Eggless Mawa muffins:
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 15 min. Line the muffin moulds with muffin liners. I used 11 muffins liners medium size.
  2. Sift flour with baking powder and keep aside.
  3. Add saffron in hot milk keep aside.
  4. In a bowl add condensed milk and butter (at room temp) and cardamom powder, beat till it combined.
  5. Now add mawa and beat also add saffron milk and mix well.
  6. Add the sifted flour and mix smoothly and pour in muffins liners 1/3 part of liners.
  7. Bake for 18 to 20min at 150 degree or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean. - Allow it to cool completely after that eat and enjoy
