Steps to make Danedar Milkcake:
  1. In a non stick Kadhai take 1 litre milk for boiling and keep stirring.
  2. Once milk reduced put lemon in it and keep stirring and now at this stage put ghee and roast this mawa until looks golden brown and danedar.
  3. Now put some amount of milk in it to bind mawa together and then add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and cook for 2 mins, transfer it in a tray, garnished with almonds and set for 30mins,cut into pieces with the help of knife and serve it.
