Instructions to make Moist Mawa Cake:
  1. In a bowl sieve the maida+ custard powder+ cardamom powder+salt+baking powder and Mix well and set aside.
  2. In another bowl combine the oil+milk+melted butter and eggs and beat well.add the vanilla essence+castor sugar+mawa to the mixture. Beat until well combined and all the sugar gets melted.
  3. Now mix the liquid mixture in the flour mixture. Make sure there are no flour lumps.
  4. Pour the batter in cupcake molds or mini foil containers(Fill up to 3/4 of the molds) add chopped cashewnuts on top and bake it at 180°c preheat oven untill knife comes clean and cake turns to golden.
