The ingredients needed to make No mawa/no condensed milk coconut ladoo:
  1. Prepare Desiccated Coconut - (extra for coating)
  2. Get Milk
  3. Prepare Sugar
  4. Get Ghee
  5. Prepare Cardamom powder

Pour into coconut and add cardamom and vanilla extract. My favorite coconut ladoo recipe with condensed milk (aka Indian coconut balls)! These are not to be missed. It has full of coconut flavor with a perfectly sweet taste.

Instructions to make No mawa/no condensed milk coconut ladoo:
  1. At first take a large pan and roast the coconut for 2 to 3 min This basically removes excess moisture from the coconut. But we should not change the colour of the coconut.
  2. Now add the milk and sugar and mix well. Stir at regular intervals and cook in medium low flame until the mixture becomes dry. Means moisture evaporate.
  3. Now add the ghee and mix it well. Add the cardamom powder and mix well. Cook until the mixture turns slightly sticky starts to bind with itself.Turn off the flame and let it cool down until it is cold enough to touch.Now grease your palm with more ghee and roll out the coconut mixture into balls.now roll the coconut ladoos into some more desiccated coconut. Leave it to cool completely to room temperature.our coconut ladoo r ready.
