  1. Take milk powder
  2. Take sugar powder
  3. Make ready arrowroot powder/ cornflour
  4. Prepare baking soda
  5. Get lukewarm water
  6. Prepare clarified butter/ ghee

Instructions to make Instant Condensed Milk:
  1. In cooking pan add milk powder and sugar powder. Also add arrowroot powder and baking soda. Mix well.
  2. Add clarified butter (ghee)and mix well.
  3. Add little little lukewarm water to it, stirring constantly to make lump free mixture.
  4. Place on gas, stirring constantly and on medium flame cook till thick mixture is formed. Off the flame.
  5. Cool at room temperature.
  6. Store in Airtight jar. Keep refrigerated. Use Instant condensed milk as required.
