  1. Make ready Mangoes
  2. Take Whipping Cream
  3. Get Milkmaid
  4. Prepare Mango Pulp
  5. Get Mango Chunks
  6. Take Sugar
  7. Take Milk

Instructions to make Mango Icecream:
  1. Peel mangoes. Take out pulp of 1.5 mangoes and cube the other half for chunks.
  2. Now take a big mixing bowl and add sugar and whipping cream into it.
  3. Beat lightly until soft peaks.
  4. Now add mango pulp, milkmaid and milk. Mix lightly.
  5. Make a smooth icecream batter.
  6. Add mango chunks and mix.
  7. Cling wrap the bowl and set in freezer for an hour for churning.
  8. After an hour, churn the Icecream lightly and now transfer in desired utensil to finally set the Icecream.
  9. Top with extra mango chunks if you want.
  10. Secure with cling wrap to avoid ice crystals. Freeze for minimum 4-6 hours.
  11. Serve Chilled !
