  3. Take Ghee

The answer to this question is simple. So i decided to take the shortcut and make this instant version. I made it in microwave, but i am sure you can make this in normal. Ensure that you don't over cook because mawa will get thick and dry as it cools.

Instructions to make Instant Microwave Mawa:
  1. Microwave Milk and Ghee for 30 secs.
  2. Take it out and mix in the Milk powder until lump free and mixed thoroughly.
  3. Pop it back in the microwave for another 30 secs. And presto!!!! Homemade yummy quick mawa is ready for use.
