  2. Place meatballs on a raised wire rack and cook for 25-30 mins or until cooked.
  3. Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Put oil and garlic in a pan. Cook until garlic starts to turn brown. Add chopped tomatoes and chopped basil. Cook for 5-6 mins. Add salt and pepper to taste
