Steps to make Brownies - Gluten, wheat and dairy free:
  1. Note: Dietary status is a guideline only. If you have a food allergy, please check the suitability of your ingredients.
  2. Pre heat oven to 180 degree or gas mark 4
  3. In a pan melt the dairy free spread and chocolate
  4. In a separate bowl mix together the flour, sugar and baking powder
  5. Stir in the melted mixture and then pour into an oiled and lined baking dish (I use a square silicone baking tray)
  6. Bake in a pre heated oven for 25-30 minutes
  7. Once cooked cut into squares or slices if desired and allow to cool
