  2. Prepare 125 gr all purpose flour
  3. Take 1 tbsp chocolate powder
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp icing sugar
  5. Get 4 tbsp butter
  6. Make ready 1 egg yolk
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp cold water
  8. Prepare Chocolate filling:
  9. Take 80 ml water
  10. Make ready 1 tbsp cornflour
  11. Get 1 tbsp chocolate powder
  12. Get 3 tbsp hot water
  13. Get 80 gr condensed milk
  14. Take 1 egg
  15. Take 1 tsp vanilla essence
  16. Make ready Garnish:

Steps to make (No Bake) Chocolate Pie:
  1. Make the pie first by adding all the ingredients, flour, chcolate powder, icing sugar, butter (room temperature), egg yolk, and cold water. Knead it with hand until it looks like a firm dough. Set aside.
  2. For chocolate filling, dissolve cornflour with water and chocolate powder with hot water in the different bowl. In other bowl, whisk an egg, add condensed milk and vanilla essence, mix well.
  3. After that, add the cornflour and chocolate to the egg mixture. Stir and filter it to make the filling smooth.
  4. Prepare the non-stick pan and rub butter to the whole pan. press the pie dough onto the bottom of the pan. Prick crust in a few place with a fork.
  5. Place the pan in a very low heat for 10 minutes, then add the chocolate filling and close the pan. Just leave it for 30 minutes then check if it is set. Wait for another 15 minutes if it is not set yet.
  6. Wait until the pie cool before remove it to the plate.
  7. Garnish the pie with your favourite fruit and sprinkle it with icing sugar on top.
