The ingredients needed to make Winter special: Methi malai sabzi:
  1. Make ready 200 gm fresh fenugreek/methi leaves
  2. Get 1 medium size onion
  3. Make ready 4-5 garlic cloves
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp wheat flour
  5. Take 2 tbsp fresh cream/malai
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp mustard oil
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Make ready 1-2 green chillies
  10. Make ready 1/4 tsp sugar
  11. Make ready Salt as per taste

Instructions to make Winter special: Methi malai sabzi:
  1. First, pluck methi leaves, remove extra stick, wash nicely and then chop and keep it aside also chop onion and garlic and keep it ready.
  2. Now in a kadhai, heat mustard oil, put cumin seeds, green chillies and garlic, then add onion and saute on medium high flame until it turns golden.
  3. Now add chopped methi (fenugreek leaves), add salt, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add turmeric powder mix, then add wheat flour, mix well, add 1 cup of water, mix, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
  5. Once it is cooked nicely, add cream/ malai, 1/4 tsp sugar, mix well and cook for a minute, turn off the gas, serve hot with chapatis😊
