  1. Take 200 g white rice
  2. Take 70 g canned tuna
  3. Make ready 4 tbs corn
  4. Get 1 cucumber
  5. Get 2 tomatoes
  6. Take 2 boiled eggs
  7. Take 2 tbs oil
  8. Get 500 ml hot water

Steps to make Summer Rice Salad:
  1. Heat the oil+rice in a pressure cooker for 2 minutes then add the hot water + a pinch of salt. Close the pressure cooker & let cook for 20 minutes on low heat
  2. Cut the tomatoes, the cucumber & 1 boiled egg into small cubes
  3. Drain the cooked rice mix it with the tuna, corn and the rest of ingredients. Put in the fridge & serve fresh. Might add some mayonnaise for a better taste. Enjoy!
